A few weeks ago it was announced that I had won the “2017 AMP Adviser of the Year” award for Victoria. If you are looking for a sure-fire way to turn around a hard week, win an award! What did the awards process involve?

Winning awards is not an easy feat, which is why not every business has them. After being nominated for the award, the magnifying glass came out and all areas of my business were analysed.
An independent third party went through my processes with a fine-toothed comb and compared them with all other nominated candidates in the State. The focus was on client satisfaction and service value. I had to present information and evidence on crucial elements of my business such as my client onboarding process, sales, client retention, value proposition, client experience amongst other factors. These are all areas I have made a concentrated effort to develop and improve over the past few years and I am glad that the things I put in place are working and my clients are getting value from them.
